I'm a PR specialist, strategist, coach and toastmaster with nearly 20 years' experience. Before that I was a chartered accountant for 13 years.

I love writing and talking about business, and for me, the worst day in communications is way better than the best day in accountancy!

Sharing my knowledge to help my clients build their brand and reputation by telling their stories and connecting them more authentically to the audiences that matter, is what gets me up in the morning.

My experience includes working in-house and in agency, supporting clients in a wide range of sectors in a wide range of situations including product launches, business acquisition or divestment, RFP submission, capital raising, legal proceedings, restructures and governance changes.

When I'm not working, I love getting out into the beautiful Hawke's Bay countryside with my dogs.
